And mama hen to a semi-farm homestead of mother-clucking chickens and goats. She’s Heidi Schamber, and she’s closed over $200M in transactions since breaking into brokerage in 2016. If you’ve ever seen one of those “I Heart Mom” tattoos, it was probably talking about Heidi.

If we haven’t made it clear enough, Heidi is a born nurturer. She mothers each deal as if it were her own—even occasionally breaking out the mom voice when negotiations call for it. She also spoils every buyer, tenant, partner, and colleague like they’re her only child. Her professional career began in portfolio management in 2007 and has grown into a nearly two-decade legacy of connecting people to places they love. Heidi is an organizational mastermind, a spiritual gangster, and a mic-dropping bedtime story reader. In short: she sells and leases real estate like a mom runs a household—with equal parts hustle, heart, and the occasional emergency snack.

Mandy joined Market in 2020 as Todd’s assistant, and we’ve been Livin’ on a Prayer that she’ll Never Say Goodbye ever since. She’s a proud Boulder native—Mandy and Todd attended Boulder High together—so she’s far from a Runaway. Whether she’s coordinating showings, keeping Todd’s schedule in check, or rocking at home with her husband and three daughters, Mandy always says, “I’ll Be There For You.” And that’s just fine by us. You know what they say: more money, more problems. Well, “they” couldn’t be more wrong when Ashley Kaufman’s on the scene. This mother of two and former corporate finance pro worked her magic for an aerospace company, the burrito slingers

at Chipotle, and Ball Corp’s aluminum can sector before becoming her own boss to run all things finance for teams like ours. Translation: she knows her stuff.

Ashley loves to travel (between industries and geographies), and she’s been to over 15 countries. She’s also watched rocket launches at Cape Canaveral and summered in Alaska to help out at her dad’s commercial salmon fishing business and — get this — legit GOLD MINE. No wonder this one’s in finance, right? Ashley got her bachelors at the University of Wyoming (go Pokes!), her masters at CU Denver (go Buffs!) and is working to get her private pilot’s license (go Ashley!).
