When It Gets Emotional
If you have been around the Boulder area for a while, you can remember the beloved Lazy Dog restaurant on the Pearl Street Mall. After being on the market and attempting to sell a few times, it was time for Market to get involved. We were able to bring in all the right elements and promote it to the market in a way that drew a lot more attention. Through an emotional sale, we helped our client find the right buyer, sell the building to make a profit, and move on to his next endeavor. We are so excited to see the transition of this historic Pearl Street Building.
