In a perfectly poetic match of old and new, 2nd STREET USA, a premier high-end vintage retailer, has officially signed a lease for 5,213 square feet at 1543 Pearl Street—a storied address with deep roots in Boulder’s commercial past.
The iconic brick building, which has stood proudly in downtown Boulder since the early 20th century, is about to get a stylish refresh as 2nd STREET brings its curated collection of fashion-forward, secondhand pieces to the heart of Pearl. The lease marks an exciting new chapter for the building and a warm welcome for a brand whose ethos is all about giving great things a second life.
“We’re incredibly excited to join the Boulder community and open our doors on Pearl Street, a location that reflects both the charm and conscious lifestyle of the area.
